The composer
Not a faster form. A truer picture.
A form is whatever you could remember, in boxes someone else chose, on a bad day. This composes a view from your record for one specific decision, with a source and a date on every claim, and it declares what is missing instead of leaving a blank that could mean three different things.
Composing happens in this browser · creating a share link uploads the encrypted view, its label and its category, never the key and never the records in the clear · nothing here is saved when you close the tab
1 · Who is this for?
The purpose decides what a view can carry. Some topics are never offered for a purpose, because an option a recipient can see is an option you can be pressured about.
2 · What goes in
Switch anything off. Medications and allergies cannot be switched off silently: the view will say so, with the count.
3 · What they see
Composed by the same function that builds the view your recipient opens, from the same records. Their page lays it out as a page: the warnings become banners at the top, and the day markers and conflict notes you see below are not repeated there.
Fidelity is measured here, not asserted. A paper form scores zero on sourcing, zero on dating, and cannot declare an absence at all.
4 · Seal it into your file
This encrypts your own records in this browser and downloads a real
.continue file. The worked example below is not yours, so it is never written into it.
Choose a passphrase of at least 8 characters. The passphrase never leaves this page and is never
stored, which also means that if you lose it nobody can open the file, including us.
5 · Share it, and end it
This encrypts the composed view under a fresh key and uploads the encrypted view with its label, its category and its expiry. Never the key, and never your records in the clear. The key goes in the part of the link after the #, and browsers never send that part to a server, so the key never reaches us. Ending the share deletes the bytes.
Shares you have made
Kept in this browser so you can end one later. Ending it deletes the encrypted bytes, so the link stops opening for anyone who has it.
Your records
Add a record and watch the view change. Nothing here leaves the page. The rows marked example are a worked example, not yours: they are never sealed into your file, and you can remove them.
